South Region AGM - 2025
South Region BMX will hold its Annual General Meeting online on Monday 27 January 2025, 8pm.
The AGM and Open Meeting will be held via Zoom. Papers will be posted prior to the AGM, and anyone interested in standing for election should notify southregionbmx@aol.com two weeks before the meeting.
South Region clubs are requested to provide a short, 300 word update on their club’s 2024 season highlights and their plans for 2025 - please use the Google form via the link shared with the club reps group no later than Friday 24 January 2025 - this form includes a request for expressions of interest to host a regional round in 2025.

Anyone wishing to stand for election and who has already notified South Region BMX will be asked to submit a maximum 300-word personal statement setting out why they would like to be considered.
